Senior Network Technician – 2 persons (Male or Female)

JOB DUTIES

• Supervise and train trainee and junior technicians
• Provide system-level support, system administration, troubleshooting and repair (both hardware and software) in the NETPRO Cambodia office and at client offices
• Configure and monitor Internet connectivity using Linux, Microsoft ISA
• Maintain and backup Microsoft Exchange servers and Internet relay servers
• Maintain and troubleshoot network security suite/antivirus Windows update in server/client environment
• Maintain and monitor file server backup including on Windows and Linux servers
• Maintain server hardware and server room
• Assist junior technicians in supporting users
• Communicate with NETPRO clients via key contact person (account management)
• Provide detail work reports via email, ServiceDesk, presentation in person and on the phone (collaborate team)
• Other duties maybe assigned by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2 year experience in IT system administration and support
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• High communication skills (English): reading, writing, speaking and listening
• Tact and Understanding
• Ability to work collaboratively with the tech support team, management and assigned clients
• Ability to work independently

• Ability to handle many tasks at the same time

• Ability to work calmly and thoughtfully in demanding situations
• Technical Knowledge: All Microsoft Windows OS, Windows CLI and utilities, system security suite, office suite and standard software/applications, Linux system (intermediate understanding) and CISCO CCNA level.
• Honest and able to uphold NETPRO Cambodia values and ethics
• Willing to learn new things
