On top of above tips, if you have an iPad make sure you have a bag for it for carrying around. It needs extra caring.

I think so. Keepass is the best management tool. I have also used it. I found it really usefull.
I don have to use my brain to memorize all the user name and password that i have register. It is not easy for you remember all your username and password. You know, some people have their own technique to remember their username and password by putting similar username and password. However, these technique is not really safe at all. if someone has stolen one of your password, all other account password will gone also. See!!!!!
In my opinion, Keepass is the best tool that will help you with this problem.
Note, Keepass's Database is really important. All your passwords are in your this database.

********Do not lost or delete your database.

You're right it is not always easy to manage all the mails you get everyday, especially in work it is sometimes overwhelming! I use another tool, don't know if you have heard of it, Lookeen (http://www.lookeen.net)
Since I use it, it is really a lot easier to get through my email chaos, especially the analytics feature is a helpful one! This is also a tool I can recommend to everybody who has problems to handle tons of mails and needs also desktop search!
