However, these technique is not really safe at all. if someone has stolen one of your password, all other account password will gone also. See!!!!! I use another tool, don't know if you have heard of it, Lookeen (http://www.lookeen.net) Since I use it, it is really a lot easier to get through my email chaos, especially the analytics feature is a helpful one! This is also a tool I can recommend to everybody who has problems to handle tons of mails and needs also desktop search!
