NETPRO Cambodia Team:

Sok Yeng is the founder and technical manager of NETPRO Cambodia. He was a senior IT professional at Yejj Info and holds a bachelor degree in IT, along with specialties in business and commerce. His extensive industry experience has delivered service and solutions to individuals, small and medium businesses, NGOs and government agencies.

Yeng has obtained significant IT industry certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and CICSO CCNA instructor. Yeng has seven years experience in implementing and maintaining Microsoft server technology, email systems, wireless networks, designing networks, security assessments, network optimization and network Management. Recently, Yeng was awarded Cambodia’s first ‘Certified Ethical Hacker’ (CEH) qualification, provided by the International Council of E-Commerce Consultants. An ethical hacker is usually employed by an organization who trusts them to attempt to penetrate networks and/or computer systems, using the same methods as a hacker, for the purpose of finding and fixing computer security vulnerabilities.

Staff Training:

NETPRO Cambodia hires only the best technicians for the Suport Team. All NETPRO Cambodia Support Team staff are certified Microsoft Desktop Support Technicians and Microsoft Certified Professionals. We also encourage and support staff to continually develop their skills through training such as CCNA courses taken at the Yejj eAcademy. Staff also receive weekly training on regular support issues in order to best serve our clients needs.

Because communication skills and English proficiency are as important as technical skills for providing high quality service, NETPRO Cambodia staff are required to attend weekly customer service training. All of our technicians are university educated and are continually developing their professional skills through training at the CISCO CCNA Academy and the Microsoft IT Professional labs.
